my blog

I have always wanted to have a blog... I enjoy reading other peoples' blogs because of the tidbits of information I find and the things I learn and I think it is a good way to keep in touch with people you don't talk to all the time. But I kind of thought it would be silly for me to have my own blog. I live a pretty normal life. I'm not going on any wild trips anytime soon, I don't have any kids... What would I write about? Well, last night while I was helping my sister set up her blog for her trip to Turkey (well, I guess it isn't really a trip -- she is moving there for 10 months!) I decided, why not make my own?! Even if my mom, my dad and my sister are the only people that read it, I think it will be fun. And it's a good way for my sister and I to keep in touch while she is gone. So here we go. I have a blog.
