Last weekend was unbelievably beautiful! So sunny and warm. I was so happy that I had planned to meet my mom's friend from work and her son down at Magnuson Park for a shoot. I had never met either of them before, so I was a little worried about how things would go, but this little guy was so cute and such a great model :) The second they got out of the car, I knew I had nothing to worry about! I have been busy practicing my photography! I have had a photo shoot every weekend in February. Two weeks ago I got together with the little guy I nannied all summer. I met him and his mom at the Ballard Locks. Again, I had a blast catching up with his mom while taking tons of cute pictures. I am learning a lot about taking photos of kids, and let me tell you it is NOT easy! They are constantly moving and not necessarily willing to pose the way I want them to. But once I get home and look at the images, I realize THAT is what makes the images so great -- The cute personalities that come out. Here are a few of my favorites from this shoot...

I got together with a good friend of mine this afternoon so that I could take some pictures of her daughter. ADORABLE! It was so much fun to shoot such a cutie, and catch up with her mom at the same time!

Could spring already be here?! Today was a beautiful day - Sunny and warm! And the flowers are starting to bloom (I even saw some cherry blossoms - My favorite). But it is only February... Well, even if this is just a tease, I will take it. It feels good to walk around outside without a jacket!
